Greetings,

I would like to welcome you to our website in hopes that it will give you a brief look at Trinity United Methodist Church.  I have had the privilege of serving as Pastor here for six years.  Being a native of Denton, I was excited to be asked to serve as Pastor and finish my ministry where it began.

Our church is centered around the parable of the prodigal son, and all are welcome to join us on a walk down a path that will help us to grow closer together in a communion with God.  We have a lot of young families with children, so it goes without saying that we work diligently to take care of them.  We likewise want to help their parents discover the teachings and principals that will serve them in rearing their children.  Our church also has a large number of folks joining me in that grandparent stage of life. 

You will find a wide range of programming that follows the church and secular calendars. We have two traditional worship services, and one contemporary service. You are welcome to check out some of the links to see a worship service, look at a wedding, or check out the current events.  Our services are archived to give you a feel for our worship and to allow our members who travel to keep in touch with what is happening in their church.  Trinity United Methodist is a warm and friendly church that invites you to come and worship this Sunday at either 8:30am, 9:45am or 11:00am with our full range of church school in between. I hope you enjoy this virtual look at our church and then trade it for the real thing.
