Amy Logan is the director of the Children’s Music Ministry, including the Son Beam Singers and the Children’s Bell Choir. She is the Associate Director of Choral Activities for Strickland Middle School in Denton ISD. Some of the honors that her choirs have received include: Superior Sweepstakes ratings at UIL Concert and Sight Reading Contests, Superior Ratings at Hurricane Harbor and Sandy Lake Festivals, and her choirs were chosen to sing on a National Textbook recording CD for GIA publishing. Amy was named the Metroplex Teacher of the Year by the Metroplex Children’s Choir for 2006 and is an active member of TCDA and TMEA.
